These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the OpenStore Video Integration App ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service scope
The Service allows merchants to import video metadata, create storefront video feeds, and display interactive video widgets for commerce use-cases.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account credentials and connected platforms.
- You must ensure you have rights to use, embed, and publish imported media and related content.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, circumvent API limits, or violate platform terms.
3. YouTube and Google API terms
Our Service may use YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s privacy terms are available in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or publish unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- You will not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and handled.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features affected by third-party API changes or quota restrictions.
